When the air valve body is not full of water, the float in the valve body falls due to its own weight, and the air holes are all in an open state. With the rise of the pump starting work, the pipeline is filled with water, and the air can automatically remove the air in the pipe. When the valve body begins to fill with water, the float floats.
The air in the pipe and valve body is completely eliminated, and the valve body is filled with water; if the pressure in the pipe is higher than atmospheric pressure, the floating float will block the exhaust hole under the pressure of the pipe, and the water in the pipe will not be discharged out of the valve.
The exhaust valve is suitable for pipelines where the industrial medium is water. It is a device for quickly removing gas in the pipeline to improve the efficiency of the water delivery equipment and protect the pipeline from deformation and cracking. It is an essential equipment for pipelines.
